FL-810 Type Bulk Capacitor Forming Machine is the exclusive equipment for cutting the pin and forming of capacitor class components. This machine adopts PLC to control; the operator only needs to array the components on the straight vibration track. Transistor nut-free radiator locking: Radiator is placed on fixture–Tube triode(MOS)is lined up and fed automatically–After cutting forming and apply radiator oil, processed triodes are clamped and positioned on radiator for locking automatically, one radiator can be locked with several triodes(MOS) at different station—-After locking the product, take out the product by manipulator. And so on and so on.
