- Suitable for IC testing/programming with tape and tube packaging, with adjustable carrier track width.
- Dual mechanical arms, four nozzles, and support for 8 sockets. Each station can be independently enabled or disabled according to the IC’s testing/programming time, greatly improving production efficiency.
- For different IC packages and sizes, simply replace the socket to achieve multi-purpose use with one machine.
- The nozzle size and type can be quickly swapped for different IC packages or sizes.
