Inline Plasma Cleaning Machine

Inline Plasma Cleaning Machine designed by Vanstron is used for direct dry plasma cleaning with atmospheric plasma on PCBAs which is for the PCBAs cleaning before coating.

The plasma head is mounted on the Z axis above the transport system on a linear X/Y axis. The PCB to be cleaning is taken over onto the transport system and transported into the cleaning position, and by advanced automation control technology, the operator is allowed to select the position of cleaning at the any corner on the surface of the boards.

Environmentally Friendly

Zero chemicals are used and no harmful substances are produced.

Cleaning

Remove fine dust, oil, grease, organic, inorganic and microbial contaminants.

Activation

Increase surface energy to promote wetting and adhesion

Inline Vertical Heating Oven

In-line, vertical automation of the coating / dispensing / potting cure process produces immediate, significant benefits in three areas:

  1. In-line automation increases productivity but save the factory space.
  2. Good for Back End Semiconductor, automotive electronics, and PCB curing an underfill process;
  3. Temperature range reached to max. 200°C

UV Curing Oven (UV-LED Type)

UV LED is a new technology that has emerged with LED.

Compared with traditional curing sources such as high-pressure mercury lamps and metal halide lamps, UV-LED has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, long life, and can be turned on or off at any time. It can provide faster, more consistent, and more reliable curing results, which is difficult to achieve with traditional curing light sources.

SMT Boards Handling Machines

Loaders, unloaders, conveyors, flippers, buffers, and turning conveyors for PCB transportation…

Inline Laser Marker Machine

Laser Marker machine, is used for direct laser marking of solder resist on PCBs.

The laser assembly is mounted above the transport system on a linear X/Y axis. The PCB to be marked is taken over onto the transport system and transported into the marking position.

The laser now moves to a pre-programmed position and marks the predefined content, such as barcode, data-matrix codes, plain text or logos onto the product.
